Since my last post things have only got even more impressive and New Zealand has now officially secured its position as the greatest place I've ever visited. The Stray bus I have been travelling with has been superb and so have the people travelling on it. I have partaken in numerous activities since being on the tour and I can't think of a single one I have not thoroughly enjoyed. Each day has provided me with something weirdly or wonderfully exciting. I've witnessed things ranging from a rabbit being sheared on a medieval style torture rack to 2000ft snow peaked mountains shooting vertically out of the sea. I've taken part in a welly throwing competition, learnt the Haka and watched men hunt deer by jumping on them from helicopters. I've also been bitten by more sand flies than I care to remember but this really hasn't mattered as I've had so much to distract me from the itching that I'm almost happy to feed the little fellas.
