I have an amazing, sometimes dangerous, ability that allows me to sleep wherever and whenever I wish. This comes in incredibly handy in my current situation. Cars, buses, trains and planes or noisy hotels with no mattresses, you name it. I can sleep there.
Rory on the other hand is not so fortunate. I have diagnosed his condition as mild travellers insomnia. Although this diagnosis may be considered ill founded due to my distinct lack of medical qualifications. It should reassure readers that I completed a 3 hour St. Johns first aid course in 2003 and once worked for the NHS. Due to Rory's illness he is prone to being a little "touchy" in the mornings. Other symptoms include grumbling, moaning and arguing with taxi drivers. After 1 weeks intensive medical testing I plotted the following graph and as you can see there is a clear correlation between the hours of sleep he achieves and his temperament the following day.
As part of his ongoing rehabilitation I have instructed Rory to get more sleep. For any loved ones who may be concerned for his well being, DO NOT WORRY, he is in the very best of hands.
