Due to my current avoidance of meat, tonight I stumbled upon the Cheese butter masala. It contains an indian cheese called Paneer which tastes like a cross between Hallumi and Mozzarella. I'm guessing it is fried in the butter to make it slighty soft and runny and then mixed into the masala sauce.
Go to your local Indian restaurant and ask them to knock you a Cheese Butter Masala up. It tastes far better than it sounds.
